​Hypothesis

1.The wind speed of Korea is decreasing. For 22 years, from 1998 to 2019, we collected wind speed data of daytime, and we average them. It shows changes of wind speed.

2.Atmosphere is stable by decreasing wind speed. We used Pasquill stability for determine atmospheric stability. The Pasquill stability is used by wind speed and radiance. Because radiance is stable relatively, we can see change of atmospheric stability by wind speed.

3.The stable atmosphere makes fine dust stagnate. Because Air pollutant is SOx, NOx, CO, aerosol, fine dust, etc, air pollution in Korea is getting worse.

4.The change of atmospheric stability is a cause of air pollution by fine dust.
